HappyRobot is a platform to build and deploy AI workers that automate communication.
Our AI workers connect to any system or data source to handle phone calls email messages
We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book check on & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers 3PLs freight forwarders shippers warehouses & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and were growing very fast on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

About the Role
Were hiring a GoToMarket / Revenue Operations Analyst to help drive datainformed decisionmaking across Sales and Customer Success. Youll be instrumental in improving our GTM efficiency forecasting growth and building the operational foundation of our revenue engine.
What Youll Do
Partner with GTM leaders to analyze performance across the sales and customer funnel
Build dashboards models and reports to track KPIs (pipeline conversion CAC LTV churn etc.
Support sales forecasting territory planning and quota setting
Drive operational improvements through tooling automation and process design
Own and manage GTM systems (CRM lead routing attribution etc.
Identify revenue insights and trends to influence strategic decisions
Help define metrics reporting cadence and executivelevel updates
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in RevOps Sales Ops Strategy BizOps or similar roles in B2B SaaS
Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets expert with working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker Tableau)
Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels and how to measure and optimize them
Experience working with or managing CRM systems
Strong communicator who can translate data into action
Comfortable working independently in a fastpaced ambiguous environment
