The Senior Manager Compliance / Compliance Counsel will play a vital role in shaping and driving Cepheids global healthcare ethics and compliance program. This role will report to the Chief Compliance Officer of Cepheid. This role will partner with Cepheid Danaher Diagnostics Platform and broader Danaher stakeholders to develop implement and continuously improve a global compliance program that meets or exceeds the organizations objectives compliance requirements and expectations. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow professionally within the role by assuming increasing levels of responsibility and gaining and applying knowledge across various fields.
This position is part of Cepheids Legal and Compliance organization. Preference will be given to candidates who can be onsite at Cepheids Sunnyvale California headquarters although remote candidates located in or near other major Danaher U.S. hubs will be considered. Cepheids Compliance teams vision is to be a strategic partner with the business in shaping the future of the company in an ethical and compliant manner.

The salary range for this role is $143400 to $200000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
