We are hiring a fulltime accounts payable coordinator who is motivated and looking to maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
As the accounts payable coordinator you will be responsible for:
- coordinating the accounts payable process for all Dove Healthcare locations including but not limited to:
- distributing vendor invoices to the appropriate location and department
- keying invoices into the accounting software
- processing checks for payment of vendor invoices
- reconciling vendor statements
- preparing and filing quarterly / annual sales and use tax
Required Qualifications:
- previous experience in accounts payable
- knowledge and experience with computers and data entry
- a good understanding of Microsoft products especially Excel
- proficient with accuracy and attention to detail
- a high school diploma or equivalent
