You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Application Support / Technical Lead having 10 plus years of experience to support and maintain critical enterprise applications and cloudbased microservices.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Java incident resolution and experience leading onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate is proactive resilient and excels in managing complex production environments with a valuedriven mindset.
Own and resolve production incidents ensuring adherence to Minimum Time to Resolution targets.
Provide handson leadership in maintaining Javabased applications and microservices.
Lead discussions with stakeholders conduct effort estimations and prioritize incidents effectively.
Drive continuous improvements and operational efficiencies across the support pipeline.
Perform system health checks maintenance and enhancement activities for cloudnative applications.
Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions.
Present clear 360degree views of the support landscape to business and technical stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Build and deploy scalable applications using Java 11/17 Spring Boot and CI/CD pipelines.
Work with event streaming platforms like Kafka and Google Pub/Sub.
Deploy and manage microservices in production
Utilize Jira Confluence Bitbucket and Jenkins for project and version control.
Work during weekends and off business hours as part of support project
Strong experience with Java 11/17 and the Spring ecosystem.
Demonstrated expertise in incident resolution and production support.
Handson experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (GCP preferred).
Working knowledge of Kafka Pub/Sub and containerized applications on Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to lead and mentor crossfunctional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to additional cloud platforms (GCP Azure etc..
Knowledge of alternative messaging and eventdriven frameworks.
Experience in supportheavy or application modernization/transformation projects
