FLIR Unmanned Aerial Systems a subsidiary of Teledyne Flir located in the greater Montreal area is looking for dynamic and motivated candidates to fill an important position in its manufacturing team. This ISO 9001 FLIR facility designs builds and services advanced surveillance radar systems that are sold worldwide. Our radar systems are amongst the best performers and most reliable in the industry.

Primary Duties & responsibilities

Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:

• Perform incoming inspection on shipments/materials received
• Receive and physically store materials
• Prepare packing for outgoing shipments
• Prepare accurate bill of lading/commercial invoice and other documents require
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments in a timely manner
• In accordance with procedures perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR GTC)
• Transact receipts shipments transfers etc. in SAP to enable accurate billing and inventory
• Communicate with customers for shipping instruction
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• College diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/or related discipline
• 1 year of experience in international shipping/receiving
• Experience with SAP
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in a small business environment is an asset
• Bilingual strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English language
• Working knowledge of MS office (Word Excel Outlook)

A cet emplacement certifi ISO 9001 FLIR conoit construit et entretient des systmes radar de surveillance de pointe qui sont vendus dans le monde entier. Nos systmes radar sont parmi les plus performants et les plus fiables de lindustrie.

Responsabilits:

Coordination et soutien au jour le jour avec des responsabilits dans les domaines spcifiques numrs cidessous:

• Effectuer une inspection la rception du matriel
• Recevoir le matriel et le ranger en inventaire
• Prparer le packaging des colis sortants
• Prparer et complter toute documentation requise pour les expditions
• Selon les procdures en effet effectuer les vrifications de scurit avant expdition (ITARGTC)
• Effectuer les transactions de rception expdition et Transfer dans SAP
• Communiquer avec les clients pour obtenir les instructions dexpdition
• Toute autre tche au besoin

Exigences

• Diplme dtudes Collgiales en administration/chaine dapprovisionnement ou discipline reli au poste
• 1 anne dexprience en expdition/rception linternational
• Connaissance de SAP
• tre multitches et dsir de simpliquer dans lentreprise
• Exprience en petite entreprise est un atout
• tre bilingue franais et anglais crit et oral
• Connaissance pratique de la suite MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)

This position requires access to exportcontrolled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

Eligible to be certified to examine possess and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada
