AGC Biologics GmbH sucht ab sofort und unbefristet einen Technician (m/w/d) zur Verstrkung der Abteilung Prozessentwicklung Nukleinsuren in Heidelberg:
Der Aufgabenschwerpunkt liegt in der Optimierung und Durchfhrung von Reinigungsprozessen (Mid/Downstream) fr PlasmidDNA (pDNA) im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten und betriebsinternen Studien.
Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit im Labor sollten Sie motiviert sein selbststndig und effektiv Filtrations und Chromatografiesysteme zu bedienen funktionsfhig zu halten und zuverlssig geplante Experimente umzusetzen. Ihnen obliegt zudem die Organisation bentigter Rohstoffe und Verbrauchsmaterialen um fr den reibungslosen Ablauf der Laborarbeiten zu sorgen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Bedienung und Optimierung der betriebseigenen pDNA Plattformtechnologie im Bereich Midstream und Downstream (alkalische Lyse Tangentialflussfiltration Chromatografie) im 1 L und 10 L Mastab
- Planung Ausfhrung Auswertung und Protokollierung von Versuchen
- Durchfhrung analytischer Methoden (z.B. AgaroseGelelektrophorese Restriktionsverdaus AEXHPLC)
- Untersttzung bei Fermentationsprozessen (Upstream) auf pDNAEbene
- Kalibrieren Verifizieren und Reinigen von Laborgerten
- Aufrechterhaltung der Laborordnung und Bevorratung
- Herstellung von Puffern und Lsungen
- Verbessern der internen Methoden und Prozeduren
- Untersttzen von anderen Abteilungen wenn erforderlich
- Teilnahme an Schulungen und Workshops
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA PTA CTA oder vergleichbar oder ein relevanter Bachelorabschluss mit erster praktischer Laborerfahrung
- Hohe Motivation und Flexibilitt kombiniert mit Qualitts und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Idealerweise vertraut mit den erforderlichen Methoden zur pDNA Reinigung im industriellen Mastab (FPLC TFF)
- Ausgeprgte Teamfhigkeit pragmatisches und zielorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten sowie ein sehr gutes Organisationstalent und Ordnungsempfinden
- Gute MicrosoftOffice Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine gltige Arbeitserlaubnis
- Berufserfahrung im Labor und gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
