This is a pivotal role at the heart of our People Services team where youll coordinate administer and process every stage of the colleague lifecycle. From supporting recruitment and onboarding to managing contract changes and payroll information through to offboarding and arranging exit interviewsyoull play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our colleagues. Its a varied and rewarding role where your attention to detail and peoplefirst approach will make a real difference every day.
Were looking for someone with experience in an HR administration roleor similarwhos confident working with HR or CRM systems and thrives in a busy everevolving environment. Youll bring a keen eye for detail a positive approach to learning new processes and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. If youre naturally organised proactive and ready to grow your skills youll fit right in. Experience in minutetaking is a bonus but if youre eager to learn were happy to provide training.
