Branch Operations Manager

Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a fulltime Branch Operations Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service ALLSTARS who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. What are we looking for

As a Branch Office Manager you will be managing a team while coordinating operation efforts with our servicing technicians and providing customer service to our current and prospective customers over the phone. We want someone with a positive attitude who is teachable and eager to learn and has a commitment to honesty and hard work.

A day in the Life of a Branch Office Manager

• Supporting one or more of our 30 regional branches
• Manage 315 Customer Service Representatives
• Coordinate the schedules services and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
• Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external
• Problemsolving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers
• Assist in the scheduling billing data entry phone work and various other duties as assigned

What is needed to be successful

• High School degree/GED (required)
• College Degree (preferred but not required)
• 25 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Happy positive personality with a willingness to improve
• Leadership attributes including empathy active listening skills and integrity
• Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
• Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
