Carnegie Learning is seeking a customer advocate to join our Customer Support team. We have offices in Pittsburgh and Tucson but youre welcome to work from anywhere with an internet connection!

Our Customer Support Specialists play a significant role in customer satisfaction and student achievement by helping teachers administrators students and parents throughout the country use our gamechanging educational materials. We directly impact business goals by providing feedback to our product team and driving customer success. Our support team is one of the main reasons for our success and we want to be role models for our customers. Youll love this role if you get your kicks by helping others. Were looking for someone who loves solving problems and creating long term customer relationships. This is a great opportunity if you care deeply genuinely and passionately about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customercentric team successful. We are looking for customerfocused agents who can assist customers with our Math Language Arts and Computer Science products via phone email and chat.
This is a temporary position lasting approximately 46 months with flexibility based on performance and company needs.
