Key job responsibilities Contribute to customer service product direction as part of a team that includes AI scientists developers UX researchers and product managers working together to translate complex AI and automation concepts into intuitive easytouse experiences that empower customers to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. Drive innovation by leveraging your deep experience with UX design best practices through every step of the product development process from observing customers to understand their needs to meticulously crafting a highly polished intuitive interface. Confidently engage with executives and stakeholders while presenting the teams work and discussing their feedback. A day in the life A day in the life of a Senior UX Designer in Amazon Customer Service is fastpaced highly collaborative and highly focused on our customers. You will participate in meetings to review and provide feedback on detailed documentation and lead sessions where you share customer insights challenges and the UX solutions you and your team have developed. You will work closely with UX researchers writers producers and other designers while also collaborating extensively with product managers developers and AI scientists to reinvent and reimagine solutions for our customers. 8 years of design experience Have an available online portfolio Experience with design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML JavaScript CSS Ajax
Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes Experience with UX design of complex workflows
