$100000 signon bonus!
Highly competitive compensation package $290000 base salary full benefits package including health/dental/vision/disability generous PTO package employer match retirement options $4000 CME credit/year and paid malpractice and tail coverage. Benefits start day 1 of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowaphysician license;Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
