Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating light maintenance and cleaning equipment (i.e. mowers edgers vacuum cleaners scrubbers extractors etc..
- Ability to move objects weighing up to fifty 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb a six ft ladder.
- Must be able to independently follow written instructions.
- Must be competent after suitable instruction in the proper use of chemicals and compounds used in the custodial process.
- Must be competent after suitable instruction in the operation care and use of all assigned custodial equipment.
