Equitable is looking for an experienced passionate customer serviceoriented Disability Claims Contact Center Representative to join our Employee Benefits (group insurance) Claims team! As a Contact Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service by answering calls assisting with policy information verifying eligibility claims and ensuring the satisfaction of each client.

The base salary range for this position is $40000$55000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
