Department Overview:
DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is a threetime Connie Award winning hotel where we pride ourselves on our strong team work and Make It Right mentalities. We truly CARE for our Team Members Guests and community and this shows in our daily work and throughout every interaction. Our hotel is conveniently located on the University of Wisconsin campus with an excellent proximity to the Kohl Center shops and restaurants and the iconic capitol square. We accommodate Guests who are in town for work play and relaxation so whether they are going to a conference a concert or a delicious date night meal we are committed to ensure that each Guest feels welcome valued and that their stay is a top priority to us.
DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is a 164 room property with a state of the art fitness center and ample onsite parking. A complimentary shuttle is provided to Guests daily from 7:00 AM10:00 PM and our onproperty restaurant Bistro525 is a delicious and convenient stop for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Now hiring part time Team Members to work two shifts per week (or more if desired). Shifts are scheduled for nights and weekends; typically starting at 4:00 PM and ending at 11:30 PM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine and accommodating service to all guests
- Have a knowledge of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and their presentations
- Offer menu suggestions answer guest dietary questions and take food/drink orders
- Learn and retain a large alcohol selection Starbucks beverages and food menu to be able to suggestively sell to guests
- Work as a team with staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
We are looking to hire bartenders with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Along with experience well qualified candidates will be friendly and outgoing while striving to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience while dining with us.
