Micron seeking for a knowledgeable (PMIS) Construction Management IT Business Analyst. This role will be a critical bridge between our IT and construction project teams translating business requirements into technology solutions that enhance project efficiency collaboration and data visibility.

Our department manages all the system related to construction and facilities. Our department works with Business to develop Systems Roadmap in the area of Construction and Facilities.

You will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing IT solutions to support construction management processes collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful technology adoption and usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation of construction management software ensuring configurations meet project Management Software (Procore and Kahua).
  • Build and maintain detailed documentation including system requirements process flows user guides and fixing resources.
  • Analyze existing construction management processes identify inefficiencies and recommend ITenabled improvements that align with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with construction managers project teams and partners to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for IT solutions.
  • Design and implement data analysis and reporting solutions within IT systems to enable realtime project insights performance metrics and effective decisionmaking.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Construction Management Engineering (preferably Civil) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 78 years as an IT Business Analyst or similar role with experience in the construction engineering or infrastructure industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with construction management software (Procore or Kahua are required).
  • Construction / project management software is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Information Technology Business Construction Management Engineering (preferably Civil) or a related field.
  • Procore or Kahua experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate business processes into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of data integration APIs and database management
