Job Title: Site Coordinator School Age Programs

About the Role

As a Site Coordinator you will lead our BeforeandAfterschool Programs ensuring a safe engaging and educational experience for every participant. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community while developing your leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a weekly program of activities aligned with YMCA Curriculum.
  • Supervise and guide staff including daily support and performance evaluations.
  • Manage all aspects of child safety behavior and engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with parents staff school faculty and principals.
  • Maintain and organize all equipment supplies and facilities.
  • Track attendance maintain records and manage site budgets effectively.
  • Promote and market YMCA programs encouraging family participation.
  • Ensure compliance with YMCA standards state licensing and agency requirements.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of mandatory child care training MODs.
  • You need to meet at least one of the following qualifications: 6 early childhood credits from an accredited university OR CDA Staff Credentials)
  • Having Director Credentials is an added benefit
  • At least 1 year of experience in a before or after school setting.
  • Current First Aid CPR & AED certifications.

Additional Requirements

  • Level 2 background clearance and 10panel drug screen.
  • Attendance at staff meetings and mandatory training sessions including statemandated courses.
