What you will do
As the Senior Service Demand Planner you will be responsible for executing and maturing Stryker Instruments ProCare Component Demand will plan create and monitor demand signals for Instruments Service components. You will improve upon existing norms and create next level integrated processes among internal functions such as service operations demand planning supply planning field service and marketing. You will promote alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization. This is an onsite/hybrid mix role with the employee working out of a Stryker office located in Kalamazoo Michigan.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Own ProCares global demand planning process for Service components
- Update monitor and communicate forecast to suppliers
- Monitor metrics for forecast accuracy
- Support product lifecycle management (components)
- Product launch support (component planning)
- Safety Stock and reorder point management
- Hold regular demand reviews with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Operations Inventory Supply and Demand Teams to make effective supply chain decisions
- Identify process improvements that impact cost savings for the business
What you need
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field required
- 2 years professional experience preferably in supply chain required
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong data analysis skills
