Job Title: Assistant Athletic Coach Middle School
Classification: Extra Duty Compensation
Supervisor: Building Principal / Assistant Principal
Summary: The Assistant Coach will work to carry out the aims and objectives of the sports program as outlined by the Head Coach. The Assistant Coach instructs athletes in individual and team fundamentals strategy and physical training necessary to realize individual and team success.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Assistant Coach is responsible to the building principal and Head Coach. The Assistant Coach supervises athletes and the teams assigned to them and assumes managing control over all athletes in the program when such control is needed.
