Job Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling various components and systems that make up subassemblies on our hydrogen equipment. Subassemblies are designed to be incorporated with other units into a larger manufactured end product. Component mounting/building of subassemblies is the primary function of the job. SubAssemblies may consist of specialty valve panels air/gas handling systems cooling systems electrical components and electrical control panels.
Experience and Abilities:
- 13 years of light to midweight component assembly experience.
- Highend skills and knowledge of hand tools and associated.
- Strong precision measuring and layout skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Clean and organized tools/work area skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints CAD drawings and sketches.
- Ability to use verbal instruction in lieu of formal drawings.
- Ability to maintain production pace with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain a clean laboratory type working environment at all.
Personal Attributes:
- Have a growth mindset.
- Be selfmotivated.
- Have practical organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership skills will be highly valued.
- Have the physical ability to perform manual labor which may include:
- Climbing
- Bending
- Repetitive motions
- Standing for extended periods
- Lift to 45 lbs.

**Starting Salary: based on experience & can be discussed during the interview process.
**Must be willing to commute to and from Longview NC.
**Starting Salary: $18 $20/hourly.
