Job Description
Director of Trials Operations
The Director of Trials Operations leads the department in providing quality timely device loans to our clients as part of our TTMT 360 service. This role is essential in ensuring highquality service fostering team development and executing departmental goals aligned with company standards.
Duties:
- Communicate and execute team goals ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Monitor and balance workloads across Device Coordinators and Team Leads.
- Oversee training performance management professional development and quality assurance processes.
- Lead regular team and 1:1 meetings to support development and align on expectations.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures.
- Team with other department leaders to ensure a consistent reliable client experience.
Requirements
- 13 years of leadership experience required
