The overall C&W objective is to provide an open data centric technology ecosystem that can provide shortterm value and longterm flexibility as operational and workplace requirements change and new opportunities emerge.
Our curated technology ecosystem and platform provide vetted solutions that specifically address operational challenges and opportunities as well as create enhanced experiences for occupants employees and visitors. C&W has worked with numerous industryleading technology vendors to identify a connected and interoperable set of solutions.

This is a fulltime position and can be located anywhere in the United States with the ability to work from home office or hoteling space as required. Travel is required.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Client Data Solution Leads responsibilities include data mapping data assessments and analysis data governance support POC dashboard development user acceptance testing reporting support opportunity assessments tabular model support workplace trend analysis benchmarking analysis and general product support for client BI platform.

Primary Duties

Support the client and account team to design build implement dashboards aligned with the clients BI platform and global data strategy initiatives

Ability to gather requirements communicate with the business and build final solution from a technical and business perspective

Focus on client delivery and key stakeholder management

Develop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule scope and investment

Contribute to Intake/Backlog data dictionary report inventory and process for developing custom dashboards

Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements

Ability to manage key client and account team relationships

Design BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the longterm roadmap and final solution

Liaise with Client Analytics Platform to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirements and aligns with the data and tabular model

Proactively analyze the clients portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities

Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements

Partner with the development team to expand the Triana offering through dashboard POCs tabular model measure development and product feature enhancements

Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data automate workflows and develop analytical tools

Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards

Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream

Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platform

Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Engineering or Technology

Experience in:

  • Business analytics or data visualization software
  • Data mapping and modelling
  • Selfmotivated with a clientcentric focus
  • Power BI is preferred
  • SQL is preferred
  • Alteryx is preferred
  • Power Automate/Apps is a plus
  • Being part of a software product team or BI product team is a plus
  • Handling commercial real estate data is a plus
  • Team leadership is a plus

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $119000.00 $140000.00
