About the team:

About the role:
As theLedger Ops Associate Manager you will be the product expert to customers & internal Aspire teams where you will ensure smooth operations resolve product escalations identify and fill process gaps and drive product improvements with the Tech team. The role primary focus area is with Ledger Operations which manage manual ledger entries and adjustment to all transactions of Aspire products in the Asia markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily Operations Operate and oversee backend functions on our tech platform such as manual processing of transactions/requests activating features crediting funds to client accounts initiating transfers and return of funds and more.
  • External Partner Management Liaise with our business/service partners daily to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • External Client Management Interact with our customers to solve their issues/concerns advise solutions inline with our product capabilities and internal SOP.
  • Internal Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate with various internal operational departments/teams to troubleshoot on issues derive solutions and create new SOP.
  • Build Processes and Frameworks Own or Cobuild/design existing or new processes to achieve the operational efficiencies of reduced time (SLAs) reduced errors and better client experiences.
  • AdHoc Projects Work on adhoc projects to improve the operational efficiencies of reduced time (SLAs) reduced errors and better client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Payments experience: 58years of experience working in the payments space; experience related to Singapore Indonesia and Hong Kong markets would be a plus.
  • Product knowledge: Good level understanding of Virtual Accounts domestic and swift payments.
  • Problemsolver: Motivated to make improvements and have an impact by identifying issues analyzing root causes implementing sustainable solutions and following up on action plans
  • Operational focus: A background in scaling processes in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with a focus on accuracy efficiency and reliability.
  • Strong analytical abilities: Good data analytical skills with data sets and making inferences and conclusions.
  • Collaboration: Good communication and coordination skills and the ability to lead creditrelated projects while collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Adaptability: Ability to support any new processes and adapting processes to fit with changes in regulations and infrastructure.
  • Customerdriven: Always putting customers first to provide the best quality service.
  • Outstanding communicator: Ability to communicate concisely and clearly to customers and internal stakeholders and writing to execute SOP.
