In this role youll:
Work as part of a team delivering expert workers compensation claims management and advisory services this role will see you manage complex and challenging claims provide strategic guidance and contribute to reducing claims costs and insurance premiums.
You will lead best practice case management in a highly regulated and collaborative environment ensuring compliance with NSW legislation SIRA and iCare requirements.

About you
Your deep understanding of workers compensation formed across insurance government or case management roles will see you mentor team members support continuous improvement and drive operational excellence.
Youre recognised as a trusted advisor skilled at navigating complex claims and experienced in coaching others delivering cost efficiencies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
