Business performance and strategic initiatives: Closely work with the SBU leaders to align on & Track progress on EXLs priorities
Performance tracking and Optimization: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve business health Operational effectiveness and growth across the business unit
Strategic and Alignment: Implement key strategic initiatives across the insurance business unit ensuring alignment with EXLs overall goals and driving business success
Accountability and Leadership Coordination: Foster a culture of collaboration & accountability by closely partnering with the leadership team to track progress on agreed priorities
