Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineer TCOE with 2 years of experience in software testing test planning and defect management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of functional integration and endtoend testing along with handson experience in designing test cases tracking defects and using test management tools. An ISTQB certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop review and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and adherence to requirements.
Perform functional integration and endtoend testing to validate system functionality.
Design test cases and scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
Track and manage defects efficiently using tools such as JIRA TestRail Bugzilla or HP ALM.
Report test progress defect trends and testing results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers product managers and other teams to ensure highquality software delivery.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Apply analytical and problemsolving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong expertise in test planning and test case design.
Experience in functional integration and endtoend testing.
Handson experience with defect tracking and reporting.
Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA TestRail Bugzilla or HP ALM.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
ISTQB Certification or equivalent software testing certification.
Experience in automation testing (if applicable).
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements.
