The Team

The U.S. teams mission is to empower organizations with our serviceasasoftware suite to accelerate the adoption of their AI tools evaluate their impact and scale successful use cases across their operations.

The Opportunity

Were looking for our first US strategic alliances hire to build partnerships with AI tools that will unlock channel revenue for the business. You will be responsible for defining our US alliances strategy and delivering on it through securing and managing partner relationships. Reporting to the Global VP Strategic Alliances you will be part of a small but critical team focused on transforming Multiverses gotomarket approach and brand.

Our team operates like a startup within a larger companywe have our own product financials and business processes. That means you get the speed and autonomy of a startup with the backing of a bigger company that stays out of our way.

Right now is an incredible time to join Multiverses US team as we build a new product to help companies integrate AI into their workflows. If you thrive in a fastmoving collaborative environment and want to work on meaningful complex challenges wed love to chat.

The role is hybrid and the team are based in NYC spending 3 days per week in the office.

Specifically you will:

  • Define our US channel partnerships strategy with our VP Strategic Alliances and play a handson role in executing it

  • Source negotiate and close channel partnerships with AI tools from identifying sharedvalue opportunities to signing agreements

  • Build seamless partner and customer experiences through crossfunctional collaboration with Sales Marketing Data & Insights Product & Engineering and Learning

  • Deliver revenue impact through managing and growing partner relationships to find shared customer opportunities alongside our sales team.


About you:

  • 5 years of experience building B2B partnerships from scratch in a highgrowth startup or scaleup environment

  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals with MEDDPIC training preferred

  • A builders mindset you thrive in fastpaced ambiguous environments and are excited to shape processes as you go

  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills you excel at identifying opportunities developing trust and influencing decisionmakers

  • A spy entrepreneurial approach youre comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving problems creatively


Salary Information

The base salary range for this role is $157500 $175000.
