Were looking for a Business Analyst (f/m/d) to support and accelerate automation adoption across key this role youll play a crucial part in ensuring that the right automation strategies and AIdriven solutions are effectively implemented. With your deep industry and technical expertise youll advise teams on best practices guide AI integration and help maximize business impact.

What youll be doing

• Act as a thought leader in AIdriven automation providing strategic guidance within key domains
• Champion an automationfirst mindset empowering teams to integrate AI solutions effectively
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design and implement AIpowered solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Leverage deep industry expertise to analyze business processes and develop impactful automation strategies
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices regulatory standards and emerging AI trends to maintain compliance and innovation

What you bring

• 5 years of domain expertise in AI automation or related industry sectors with a strong focus on implementing AIdriven solutions
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Business or a related discipline)
• Deep understanding of AIpowered automation tools workflows and best practices ensuring seamless integration into business processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI automation solutions
• Proven experience in advising on AI implementation strategies driving successful adoption across teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical teams
• Experience in the music media or digital publishing industry is a plus
