Boasting the premier technology renewable energy and home improvement clients on the market our sales team is excited to continue innovating marketing strategies and practices to increase value for our customers and clients alike.
Retail Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide top notch customer service and support during instore interactions
- Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both retail and client practises
- Communicate with sales team to best address customer needs
- Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by client and our own team
- Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings as needed
Retail Associate Requirements:
- Goaloriented and driven
- Selfstarter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed
- Customer Service background preferred by not required
- Full time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed
- Ability to work both in teams and individually
