Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this dynamic role you will be the frontline liaison between our company and our valued customers providing exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues and offering appropriate solutions
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and best practices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
