Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment while collaborating with product design and business teams.
What Youll Do
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Clinical and Financial domain based in Paris.
You will join a feature team responsible for the user access rights/control access and our Desktop Version (DDV). This module is central to our product as it is used by thousands of practitioners every day.
Within a team of 6 software engineers you will work among other things on the internationalization of the application particularly for Germany by standardizing and unifying access rights management.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients
- Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance security and usability of the application
- Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design implement test and monitor highquality features
- Improving the performance of key features implemented in React TypeScript NodeJS and Ruby on Rails sometimes completely challenging the status quo
- Taking leadership on delivering roadmap items (together with the team)
- Contributing to establishing a technical vision and codrive the creation of the roadmap for next quarters
Who You Are

- You have at least 5/6 years of fullstack software engineering experience. Our stack is React Typescript NodeJS and Ruby but any experience with similar frameworks is welcomed and valued. An experience with Electron is a bonus
- You have experience with hightraffic web applications and feel comfortable to work in hybrid environments (legacy monolith and modern distributed systems)
- You have a user first mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users through secure welltested and pragmatic code
- You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing cultureYou are proactive curious collaborative and eager to learn
- You are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow by pair programming and mentoring
- You are fluent in English
