The Programmable Tech Support HVAC is responsible for providing technical support customization and implementation of HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs. This role requires a combination of advanced technical skills problemsolving abilities and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and control software.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customers technical requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions.
Provide pre and postsales technical support including system parameterization application analysis and component selection.
Participate in the configuration and optimization of HVAC systems onsite ensuring optimal performance.
Support troubleshooting of technical issues both remotely and locally and oversee the installation and commissioning of systems.
Collaborate with the R&D and Product Management teams to enhance the companys technical offerings.
Deliver technical training to customers OEMs partners and internal staff on the use and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Energy Engineering or related fields.
25 years of experience in a technical role related to HVAC systems (parameterization installation or technical support).
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.
Familiarity with industrial programming software (e.g. ISaGRAF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HVAC simulation software.
Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Experience with electronic controls and HVAC applications (PLC BMS) and communication protocols (Modbus BACnet).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills teamwork attitude customer focus and attention to detail.
Flexibility adaptability to international contexts and willingness to travel abroad.
