Job Description
Under general supervision responsible for the development maintenance and operation of technology services in order to support effective public service delivery. Services include technology planning business applications support GIS administration network services and administration security program management desktop/mobile systems support telephone systems support and web services coordination; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree in computer science information technology public administration or related field and eight 8 10 years experience including 3 years in a Senior IT Leadership role.
Progressively responsible experience in information technology software development networking programming and communications; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Two 2 years of management experience is required
A valid State of Florida drivers license is required.
Desirable Certifications:
Certified Government CIO (CGCIO)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
ITIL Certification
