Universal CityWalk Baker venues include:
- Voodoo Doughnut
- Toothsome Chocolate Emporium
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of jobs from mixing kneading cutting rolling frying icing decorating and glazing.
- Set up stations according to guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift.
- Prepare orders according to established recipes portions and methods established by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean work area including the washing of dishes pots pans and other kitchen items while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines.
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions offer information and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies are upheld.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages following all company guidelines and protocols.
- Identify deescalate and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe secure and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years older
- Valid California Food Handler required before first day
- 1 Year minimum culinary experience
- Baking Experience preferred
Pay:
- $24 per hour
