HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Works to manage incoming leads and create opportunities in a timely and effective way supporting domestic independent bicycle retailers and house accounts to prioritize and maximize sales for Custom Water Bottles.
- Develops relationships with market leaders to track and deliver sales results that meet and exceed sales goals set forth with the team leadership
- Works with customer to efficiently and thoroughly capture each order request in detail to support full order process successfully
- Works with our department to constantly improve the way in which we work together to drive positive change
- Works seamlessly with Graphic Team to help meet and exceed customer expectations on custom printed bottles assortment
- Works in conjunction with production team to understand lead times inventory levels and all details required to fulfill orders on time with accuracy

- Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point Efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Customer Service Experience of 2 years
- Sales Experience of 3 years
- Outlook Salesforce and Oracle experience a plus
Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based on the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: $55228$91126
At Specialized your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience skills certification and location.
