Job Description
Affinityprovide the full range of housing services to residents in the North Whitley area and to ensure theyre given a first class customer experience theyre recruiting for a new Housing Estate Inspector to join on a parttime basis.
Youll carry out block inspections and tenancy audits of tenants homes identifying and addressing any causes for concern alongside the Housing Officer and Team Leader.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills will both be essential as youll be expected to quickly build and maintain strong working relationships with a broad spectrum of residents with a range of different needs.
