Job Description
Bartender Devils Acre
The Devils Acre is a tribute to San Franciscos Barbary Coast during the 1850s through the 1900s a time when alcohol served as a cure for all ailments. If you like being part of a small team enjoy live music and are detailoriented the bartender position at The Devils Acre may be right for you. We are looking for persons who have experience in the restaurant bar or hotel industries or those looking to and are eager to learn. Typical hours are Tuesdays thru Saturdays between 3:30 pm and 3:30 am.
Responsibilities
- Prep setup and prepare the bar for daily service
- Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
- Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing as necessary
- Keep work relationships professional and courteous
- Demonstrate attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy hotel restaurant or nightclub
- Knowledge of various drinkbuilding techniques and styles
- Demonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationships
- Flexible evening availability
- Able to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managers
- Able to stand 810 hours
