Systems Analyst Software Integration York (hybrid / remote)
Overview
#TeamCandour have partnered with a global financial services player to source an accomplished Systems Analyst t with experience across software integration to join their growing team based out of the York office on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate with be responsible for creating and delivering solutions that address business needs through the efficient exploitation of new or existing technology capabilities while ensuring solutions work effectively end to end.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the solution technical specification developing a detailed understanding of the business requirements shaping the solution and documenting the technical requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders SMEs and internal and external technical colleagues at all levels.
- Work with nontechnical business stakeholders eliciting requirements and developing an understanding of their needs and processes.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop and review solution options ensuring business functional and nonfunctional concerns are addressed.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert for developers and testers throughout the development process.
- Support testing activities reviewing results triaging failures analyzing defects and identifying underlying root cause.
- Implement continual improvements within your sphere of influence to ensure highquality and effective technical change.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of eliciting requirements from business stakeholders and documenting the agreed technical solution in a format understandable by technical and nontechnical colleagues.
- Capability to organize and facilitate collaborative requirements or design workshops to explore challenges and agree solutions.
- Experience working with thirdparty software vendors software houses and technology vendors.
- Proven experience working with systems integration creating and reviewing API specifications using both SOAP and REST protocols.
- Experience working with complex software applications such as D365 and packages with the ability to develop a detailed understanding of the application functionality and processing.
