Join our dynamic Global Information Security (GIS) Operations team as the Associate Manager of Human Risk Management where youll play a pivotal role in shaping our security awareness initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by collaborating with diverse stakeholders to champion a global security culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspire and Educate:Develop and deliver engaging cybersecurity training that empowers employees contractors and external partners to protect themselves and the organization.
Collaborate and Innovate:Be a core member of crossfunctional team including IT Legal communications and HR to deliver a robust security awareness and training program across the organization.
Create Impactful Content:Increase security awareness through innovative content creation and management leveraging both existing and new mediums and communication channels.
Engage and Motivate:Conduct public speaking sessions to delivery impactful messages to critical user segments.
Communicate Effectively:Craft and execute compelling security communications in partnership with Project Managers Program Managers and other BPT team members.
Threat Management: Partner with threat management team to continuously monitor the threat landscape to identify new trends threats and best practices. Ensure program remains relevant and adaptive to protect the organization.
Business Risk Acumen: Foster strong relationships and knowledge with various business functions to reduce high risk by addressing critical cybersecurity gaps through targeted training solutions.
Security Expertise: Elevate Security Awareness function to become the expert in securing the Human attack surface.
Drive Success:Utilize metrics from phishing and training campaigns to continuously enhance our security strategies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Information Systems Human Relations or related discipline
5 years work experience in information security risk management human resources communications or IT service management.
Must be eligible to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels to gather information
Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize work appropriately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong change management and customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations
Skilled in conducting research and using existing knowledge to resolve inquiries
Information security risk management experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time on site in Racine WI
Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for relocation
