Position Title:Teller Lead
Rate of Pay:$18.75 per hour
Position Purpose:
Leads teller services team in support of the Admissions Parking Sales and Carnival Sales functions by processing incoming transactions and outgoing change funds and ticket stock. This is a temporary seasonal position not to exceed 122 days.
- Leads the team in the preparation of daily paperwork and ticket and change funds.
- Processes incoming cash from ticket sales and verifies returned tickets.
- Processes incoming credit card transactions.
- Researches any discrepancies that may arise.
- Assists in scheduling and ensures breaks are taken.
- Makes required deliveries as needed.
- Performs data entry as needed.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must successfully pass credit check.
- Prior cash handling experience.
- Must be detailoriented and extremely accurate with handling money and inputting data.
- Ability to apply basic math skills.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a fastpaced environment.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality for security purposes.
- Must be available to work all 23 days of the annual OC Fair.
- Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.
