STEPS Behavioral Health of Maryland is looking to hire a fulltime BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.

This special position earns a competitive pay of $70 $90 hourly. We pay our team for time spent both working with clients directly and performing other administrative duties.
We also offer great benefits and perks including health dental vision an individual retirement account (IRA) continuing education unit (CEU) opportunities and paid time off (PTO) as well as extensive support and training.
In addition we also offer bonus opportunities including a $1500 signon bonus after 6 months.

Founded in 2008 we assist families and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals. We use applied behavior analysis (ABA) to guide and facilitate learning and behavioral interventions for our clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA
As a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times. With an individualized approach you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors.
You work closely with parents supporting and training them for the benefit of their children. To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them. You are proud of the work you do and feel accomplished helping your clients improve their lives!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
This fulltime special education position typically works a flexible schedule that is based on the analysts availability in conjunction with the clients availability.
