Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Coulsdon CR5
Salary: OTE 45k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our market leading client is looking for a skilled dynamic and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator (with previous highquality residential property lettings experience) who wishes to forge a career with a longestablished market leading local Estate & Lettings Agency in the Coulsdon area.
If you are looking for a new position with a wellknown brand that has an excellent client base and strong local presence then this could be the position for you.
You will need to have a residential lettings experience as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
You will need to have an excellent track record in both letting property and generating new business. Familiarity with the local area would be a distinct advantage. You will energetic proactive good on the phone and great with people.

Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Experience in Residential Lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Coulsdon area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
