Job Description
Are you a technical leader ready to take the reins of a dynamic engineering team Were seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary design and development efforts for innovative highperformance products in a highly regulated industry. What Youll Do:
Lead and manage daily operations of engineers designers and technicians across multiple product lines.
Oversee all phases of design development and sustaining engineering activities ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Serving as a mentor and facilitator fosters crosstraining knowledgesharing and a collaborative team environment.
Drive process improvements across engineering test manufacturing and quality functions
Manage internal and external specifications customer documentation and engineering change processes.
Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering operations and customers
Provide leadership in resource planning budgeting and workload prioritization.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
57 years of experience in product design and development specifically with Brushless DC Motors or Brushless Permantent Magnet Motors.
Proven project management and team leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Detailoriented with a strong analytical mindset
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
