Overview:Tigers Den Extended Day Program for Littleton Public Schools seeks an enthusiastic organized and dependable individual to join our Extended Day team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Extended Day program by providing administrative support and performing various tasks related to program operations student enrollment and scheduling family and school communication and more. This is a fully benefited 10month position averaging 40 hours per week with standard work hours from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 :Collaborates effectively with the Director to manage the daytoday operations of the and maintains positive relationships with students school personnel families and the staff and provides feedback in consultation with the Director aiming to build strong effective teams across all Extended Day sites; offers coaching and mentorship to in the hiring onboarding and training of new staff. Completes evaluations with the Director twice a adherence to program and district guidelines policies and in all meetings and professional development sessions; assists in creating agendas and facilitating program communications through email phone and mail. Reports critical issues to the Director and facilitate the programing for early release with the billing and collections processes including issuing invoices processing payments following up on pastdue accounts and addressing billingrelated biweekly timesheets prior to submission to the program supply purchasing within the established closely with the Extended Day Director to lead the student enrollment process including processing registrations and maintaining with updating the program webpage online materials and social to designing implementing evaluating and appropriately expanding programming to meet the interests and needs of students and as an inratio educator at an Extended Day site when needed; providing coverage for the Director and Site Coordinators in the event of their represents the program and acts with other jobrelated duties as :Bachelors degree or higher; preferably in Education or a related of one year of experience in a similar position demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks working with schoolage children.A proven dedication to embracing diversity advancing equity and fostering with Microsoft Office and Google Suite and ability to quickly learn new software programs. Experience with ProCare Canva and/or Aspen is a to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a problemsolving skills the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and the capacity to accomplish responsibilities with minimal direction; comfortable taking initiative when education experience is a and adaptability in handling various tasks and be eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check and fingerprinting.
