Job Description
Big Rapids Family Medicine is looking for a Physician to join their busy practice serving patients across the generations.
Practice currently has a mix of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Teambased care is supplemented with Behavioral Health Pharmacists Social Workers and experienced medical assistants working onetoone with the providers. Ancillary services such as laboratory xray PT/OT and specialty care are available onsite in Big Rapids.

Qualifications:
- Required Bachelors Degree
- LICPhysician (MD) STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
- LICOsteopathic Physician (DO) STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRTDEA Registration STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRTBasic Life Support (BLS) AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
- CRTBasic Life Support (BLS) ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
- CRTAdv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
