Now Hiring: Peer Recovery Coach Supervisor (PRCS)

Location: The Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore MD
Department: Care Coordination & Clinical Resource Management
Schedule: Fulltime

Are you passionate about recovery leadership and making a meaningful impact Join the worldrenowned team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Peer Recovery Coach Supervisor (PRCS) and help transform the future of care for individuals living with substance use disorders (SUDs).

As the PRCS youll lead a dedicated team of Peer Recovery Coaches empowering them to support patients throughout their recovery journey. Youll manage daily operations ensure quality standards and foster a culture of hope resilience and growthboth for patients and staff.

What Youll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Peer Recovery Coaches (PRCs)

  • Oversee scheduling documentation and performance evaluations

  • Support professional development certification and education pathways for PRCs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and community partners

  • Lead quality improvement projects to enhance program outcomes and sustainability

  • Promote recoveryfocused patientcentered care throughout the hospital

What You Bring:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred

  • MABPCB certification (Maryland Addiction and Behavioral Health Professional Certification Board)

  • 3 years of supervisory or management experience

  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills

  • Knowledge of substance use treatment systems and community resources

  • Passion for recovery equity and patient empowerment

Salary Range: Minimum$24.92/hour Maximum$43.63/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
