Description
- Supervise workers assigned to contract while at site performing janitorial duties
- Manage contract direct labor hours and disabled worker ratio per contract
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Manage onsite training time sheets and progressive discipline
- Limited interaction with contract Point of Contact
- Must assist with transportation needs of contract workers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assignments may be determined at a future date
- A valid NY State drivers license
- A strong janitorial background
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus
- Must have 1 years supervisory and janitorial experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with disabled population is a plus
- Occasional lifting of > 25 pounds
- Able to work in open space floor plan
- Must be capable to move throughout work day (and follow individuals throughout the community)
- Work alongside coworkers within 3 feet
- Must be able to move in tight spaces
