Job Description
Director of Vocab & Content
Were looking for a Director of Vocab & Content to lead the development curation and of personalized vocabulary as part of our TTMT 360 service. This role is essential in ensuring highquality content fostering team development and executing departmental goals aligned with company standards.
Duties:
- Communicate and execute team goals ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Monitor and balance workloads across team members.
- Oversee training performance management professional development and quality assurance processes.
- Lead regular team and 1:1 meetings to support development and align on expectations.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures.
- Team with other department leaders to ensure a consistent reliable client experience.
- Partner with international team members to curate content that is inclusive and impactful.
Requirements
- 13 years of leadership experience required
