Job purpose
As a participant in our sales training program to become a Logistics Coordinator we will teach you about the 3PL industry help you build a strong network of clients and provide you with the tools you need to succeed as a salesperson!
Upon completion of the training program we will give you the opportunity to join our Carrier Sales Team!
Once assigned to a team you will be responsible for prospecting new clients by networking cold calling researching and building rapport. T1 will give you the resources to provide the highest quality service and ensure that the needs of your clients are met on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Clear and confident communication
- Ability to work in a team environment while also delivering independent results
- Ambitious and enthusiastic attitude
- Outgoing personality and ability to develop client relationships
- Customer Service/Sales experience or Project Management experience preferred

Compensation
Compensation starts at 45000 uncapped commission.
Average Year 23 earnings: $60000 $80000
Working conditions
General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10 of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise dust etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard equipment available.
