A Wheelchair Supervisor works at an airport facility and oversees the wheelchair operation.
Responsibilities include oversight of the wheelchair operation to ensure that all passengers requiring assistance are in a manner that exceeds expectations. This position may also include assisting by pushing passengers in a wheelchair to and from their arrival/departure gate and assisting passengers with moving luggage to their vehicles taxi stands parking shuttle stations and rental car stations. Wheelchair Assistants must maintain a friendly and positive attitude and always be attentive to each passengers individual effectively and clearly. Asking each passenger the safety and security questions
This hands on position is physically demanding and requires onthejob security training and the ability to receiveall applicable airport security badges.
This position does require the ability and flexibility to work weekends as well as this position is also physically demanding requiring the ability to lift up to 300 pounds with assistance from others.
o This is an Airline Wheelchair Supervisor position starting at $21.67 per hour
o PartTime Position Available with potential to become fulltime
o Previous 2 years of supervisor and customer service experience are preferred Paid Training
o This job involves being on your feet for long periods of time and lifting up to 300 pounds with the assistance from others
o Must be in very good physical condition
o Must have reliable transportation
o Must be able to work weekends and holidays
o Must be able to communicate properly and effectively with local leadership employees and customers
o Starting Pay $21.67/hour

o Additional notes open availability is preferred since the operating hours are 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM the next day; which is generally 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays
