YOUR LIFE AS A HCM SOFTWARE SALES MANAGER

This fulltime customer service position works a flexible schedule. This position also includes 510 travel to trade shows and client businesses with 1 week of onsite training per year.

As an HCM Software Sales Manager youre responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes selfgenerating leads qualifying prospects identifying client needs closing transactions and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. While working in this sales rep role you aggressively seek out opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through inperson meetings you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.

Additionally you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure theyre satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns. Your exceptional customer service skills help our company continuously grow and you take great pride in knowing you serve in such an important management role!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2 years of proven sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills
• Strong business development acumen

Internet marketing transaction experience is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
